Shipping

Cost

Shipping is a flat $9.95 on every order, whatever you buy and wherever you are in the US. We ship to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.

When It Ships

Your pair is printed when you order it, checked by hand, and packed. Most orders ship in 5–7 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email the day yours ships. If something will hold your order up, we'll email you with a new date.

Lost Packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, email us. We'll open a claim with the carrier, and once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll ship a replacement at no charge.

Address Errors

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once the new postage is paid.

What's in the Box

Inserts only. Ammunition, firearms and Packout organizers are never included or shipped.

Lifetime warranty

Every LP Fieldworks insert is warrantied for as long as you own it. If a half cracks or breaks in normal use, or its dovetail stops holding, send it back to us and we'll replace it.

• You pay to ship the broken insert to us. We ship the replacement back to you free.
• Include your order number, or your name and email if you bought at a gun show.
• We replace the half that failed with the same part. If that exact part is no longer made, we'll replace it with the closest current one.

What the Warranty Covers

LP Fieldworks inserts only. Packout organizers, ammunition, firearms and anything else stored in them are not covered.

What It Doesn't Cover

• Inserts that have been cut, drilled, sanded or otherwise modified
• Warping or melting from heat, such as a dashboard in summer sun or a spot near a fire or heater
• Damage from misuse, crushing, or using the insert in an organizer it wasn't made for
• Normal wear and cosmetic marks, like scuffs and scratches

Arrived damaged or doesn't fit

If your order arrives cracked or broken, or a half doesn't fit the Packout organizer it was made for, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no charge, and you don't need to send the original back.

Our halves are made for the Milwaukee Packout compact organizer (48-22-8435) and the low-profile compact organizer (48-22-8436). Each product page and the builder show which one a half fits.

Returns

Every pair is printed to order, with your calibers on the labels, so all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong caliber. Before you check out, please confirm your organizer and the caliber on each side. The builder shows the exact label each half will have.

Damage, fit problems and broken inserts are covered above.

Changes & cancellations

You can change or cancel your order for a full refund until it starts printing, usually within one business day of ordering. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once printing has started, the order can't be changed or canceled.

Refunds for canceled orders go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Getting help

Email hello@lpfieldworks.com or use the contact form with your order number, plus a photo for damage or warranty claims. We reply within one business day. For a warranty claim, we'll send you the address to ship the insert to.

Bought at a gun show? You get the same shipping terms and lifetime warranty as online orders.
